24 hours to create an app with Adobe Design Jam
Digital Art Direction students from LISAA Paris took part in Adobe France’s Design Jam. The aim? To create a prototype for an app in 24 hours on the theme “Creative City”. A duo from LISAA came fourth place in this creative challenge in which over 130 teams of students and professionals took part.
Designing an app in 24 hours
On 6th and 7th March, Digital Art Direction students from LISAA Paris took part in the Design Jam organised by Adobe France. The aim of this two-day creative hackathon was to design a mobile app prototype on the theme of "sharing your city with the creative community".
Around a dozen pairs worked on the challenge, including students but also young designers who have already started working in agencies. The aim of this event is to give rise to diverse design that is representative of French creation.
UX DESIGN & ART DIRECTION
Entrants worked with Adobe XD, Adobe’s collaborative prototyping software. Integrated with other Adobe software in the Creative Cloud, it enables interactive wireframes to be developed in real time.
LISAA Paris student duo Emilia Escalante Ariza and Alejandra Fernandez came fourth place in this challenge, out of a total of 130 participating teams from all over the world. DESIGN JAM ADOBE FRANCE
Every year, Adobe Creative Cloud organises the IconContestXD in different countries. In Paris, this Creative Jam brought together some 20 creatives—including UX and UI designers, artistic directors, professionals and students in the field of design—around the same challenge.
