Luxury and Fashion Management: discover the advantages of e-learning!
From mobility and flexibility to professional experiences, e-learning has many advantages. The master’s in Fashion and Luxury Management at LISAA enables students, in two years via distance learning, to bring together studies with working within a company. Here below we go through the innovative course adapted to the demands of an industry experiencing growth.
FOLLOW A LEADING COURSE AT YOUR OWN PACE
LISAA Fashion has offered a master’s in Fashion and Luxury management since 2012 in order to respond to a strong demand in the industry. This referential course benefits from being recognised on level 7 (EU) of French Register of Professional Certifications (RNCP).
The course takes place over two years, exclusively via a dedicated e-learning platform. Available in French and English, this programme enables students who do not have the option of attending classes in person at fixed times to follow the different units at their own pace. This innovative method of learning develops students’ autonomy and their ability to manage several projects in a fixed time frame.
Alongside this, students have the opportunity to meet their teachers four weeks per year at LISAA Fashion in Paris. These key meetings are punctuated with time for learning, round tables and meetings with industry experts.
BRINGING STUDIES AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE TOGETHER
Thanks to its flexible learning structure, this one of a kind master’s has the major advantage of bringing together professional integration and a recognised qualification.
Throughout the two years, students can also carry out one or several work placements, in France or abroad, undertake a sandwich-course work placement, and can also be employed full time in a fixed-term or long-term contract.
A real added value, this time within a business enables students to acquire solid knowledge of the industry. As these businesses are experiencing a period of growth, they are particularly keen to find this type of profile bringing together technical skills and real experience. Graduates can then go on to various roles, such as buyer, collection manager, product manager, visual merchandiser, etc.
A MASTER’S ORIENTATED TOWARDS DIFFERENT CANDIDATES
The monitoring and content of this course enable it to be accessible for a wide range of candidates, including undergraduate students or active professionals who wish to evolve in their careers and acquire new skills.
As such, this master’s is aimed at students from diverse pathways, such as business schools, human resources courses, law or even modern languages, who wish to go into the world of fashion and luxury, as well as creatives wishing to access managerial roles.
A real career fast-tracker, this master’s enables students to forge a vision of this wide-reaching and specialised industry, of the managerial functioning of businesses and to develop their creativity and their experience of the sector.
