Graphic Designers from LISAA exhibit at the Gaîté Lyrique for I Love Transmedia

Three students on the Digital Art Direction course exhibited their digital book Yôkaï at the I Love Transmedia festival at the Gaîté Lyrique from 5th to 8th October 2017.

YÔKAÏ

Three students on the Digital Art Direction master’s course at LISAA Paris exhibited their creation Yôkaï for the occasion of the sixth edition of I Love Transmedia, an event organised at the Gaîté Lyrique from 5th to 8th October 2017.

Mélanie Ayyad, Gaëlle Le Guischer and Mickaël Radici create this illustrated and animated digital book complete with sound, which tells the story of the Yôkaïs. These strange fantastical creatures of Japanese folklore are the forebears to a whole section of pop culture in this part of the world. In a refined style, with an elegant two-tone palette, Yôkaï invites the reader to go for a walk with different characters to discover the particularities of these surprising creatures.

THE DIGITAL DESIGN FESTIVAL

I Love Transmedia is a collaborative event organised by the Transmedia Immersive University association. The festival enables work with often-complex writing to be promoted to the wider public and for cutting-edge techniques to be used. It is also an opportunity for the best successes of French digital schools in the fields of innovative media to be showcased.
