The Master's in Human Resources Management & Talent Acquisition is a 2-year e-learning course, with a sandwich course. If you have a business, HR or administrative profile and you want to work in the fashion and luxury industries, this course is designed for you. Throughout the course, you will learn about the different research techniques in the field of "talent acquisition", and experiment with human resources development methods best suited to the fashion and luxury sector. At the end of the 2 years of training and professional experience, you will have the keys and tools to join the HR departments of the major luxury houses, designers and companies in the fashion industry in France and abroad. The HR function is a real lever for development and is at the heart of the strategy and performance of fashion and luxury companies.

FOR WHICH PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION?

The IDAA-LISAA professional certification "Human Ressources Manager" is being renewed at level 7 by France Compétences. Any registered person will be able to obtain the certification when registering in accordance with the set procedures. The certifying nature of the training and its relevance to the needs of the employment market are recognised by the State and the European Qualifications Framework.

Intended audience:

The course is open to students from a variety of backgrounds (business school, marketing school, communication school, law school, modern languages, economics, sociology or philosophy, etc.). It is also accessible to professionals wishing to specialise in luxury and coming from professions that are close to luxury. It is also suitable for those who have a business creation project in this field.

Admission requirements:

  • Initial training: for entry into the 1st year (M1): hold a level 6 qualification or diploma registered with the RNCP (equivalent to Bac+3) or have completed and validated a 3rd year of higher education (180 ECTS) in management sciences, for example: licence or bachelor's degree in commerce/management/management, licence in marketing and sales, licence in economics or AES... For entry into the 2nd year of the Master's programme (M2): to have completed and validated a 4th year of higher education (240 ECTS) in management sciences, marketing or business: business school, whether or not specialised in luxury goods; Master 1 in management, economics or AES; Master 1 in marketing, business or communication.
  • In professional training: If you wish to specialise in luxury, whatever your sector of activity or if you are already involved in luxury (architects, designers, stylists), you must, in order to join the course: hold a level 6 title or diploma registered with the RNCP and provide proof of 5 years' professional experience in marketing, commerce or management or hold a Baccalaureate and provide proof of 7 years' professional experience in this field.

French and foreign students from the EU:

All courses allow students to be paid through an internship or a job throughout their course.

In the case of sandwich courses, the cost of training under a professionalization contract or an apprenticeship contract will be covered by an organization to which the company contributes (OPCO).

Fashion and luxury management course:

  • 1st year (Common core): initial: French course: €6,790 / English course: €7,790
  • 2nd year: all specialisations, Fashion & Luxury Management - Communication & Digital Fashion Marketing - Fashion Marketing & Eco-responsibility, initial: curriculum in French: 6 690€ / curriculum in English: 7 690€.

Fashion & Luxury Business programme:

  • 1st year (core curriculum) initial: curriculum in French: €6,790 /curriculum in English: €7,790 
  • 2nd year - specialisation, Purchasing, Retail and Merchandising, initial: curriculum in French: 6 690€ / curriculum in English: 7 690€.
  • 2nd year in London: curriculum in English: €17,000 - LISAA/Regent's University double degree
