Creating sustainable furniture for the We Love Green Festival

In the spring, students from the interior design program Lisaa Paris have designed and manufactured furniture from recycled materials for the famous rock festival We Love Green.

Furniture made with recycled materials

Faithful to the concept of the event, the students in the Interior design program at LISAA Paris, imagined furniture made from recycled materials.

The best projects were completed in a workshop with professional carpenters especially made available by the organizers of the We Love Green.

A high level jury

A professional design jury selected projects by young talents before their fabrication: Matali Crasset (designer), Joachim Roncin (DA - Stylist Magazine), Leslie David (graphic designer), Jacques Ferrier & Pauline Marchetti (architects), Yvannoe Kruger (Palais de Tokyo), Isabelle Moisy (editor - Etapes magazine Stages), Ombline The Lasseur (Kiss Kiss Bank Bank), Jean Moreau (co-founder of Phenix), Antoine Aubinais (Bellastock) Lauranne Germond COAL / ArtCOP21 (Coalition for art and sustainable development), Nicolas Pouteau (Ile-de-France) and Alice Chamblas (Mairie de Paris).

A second life after the festival

After the festival, the furniture found a second life thanks to Echelle Un a new multidisciplinary space nestled in the green belt near Bastille.
